MSNBC Journalist Sparks Defamation Suit For Network

(TargetDailyNews.com) – An MSNBC journalist who works for an infamous left-leaning television network is largely responsible for a defamation suit against his company, over false claims regarding a doctor unnecessarily removing the uteruses of illegal immigrants.

Jacob Soboroff was also caught on video during the Republican National Convention (RNC) attempting to characterize former President Donald Trump’s immigration policy as “separating families” and “putting kids in cages” which Donald Trump Jr. pointed out began during the administration of former President Barack Obama.

Soboroff additionally suggested Trump Sr. is a divisive figure just five days following an attempted assassination. This claim may be a projection as the media has regularly attempted to hyperbolize Trump’s policies and many left-leaning outlets have been criticized for rhetoric suggesting Trump is Hitler-like or otherwise a threat to the continued stability of the American republic.

Trump Jr. highlighted the corporate media’s role in inspiring division by lying about his father colluding with the Russians or otherwise suggesting he was a traitor and added that had the media been “an honest broker,” his father wouldn’t nearly be so divisive. Soboroff then asked about Trump’s immigration policies highlighting the “separation of families” which Trump Jr. pointed out began under Obama. Soboroff’s response was: “You know they didn’t do that,” implying Trump Jr. was lying which is the exact opposite of the truth. Trump Jr. laughed and said Soboroff was with “MSDNC” and called the network “clowns.”

Soboroff highlighted his status as an immigration reporter who “covered the family separation crisis closely” in the preface to his question. He also wrote a book on the subject. Given those two data points, his denial of the policy beginning under Obama seems like overt and intentional deception.

Soboroff is familiar with deception, as his reporting contributed to a defamation suit against the network which claimed a Georgia obstetrician was sterilizing female illegal immigrants. The story was based on a single report and attempts to verify the facts revealed that the doctor in question only performed two hysterectomies on illegals that were both medically necessary. Dr. Mahendra Amin is suing the network for $30 million after Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Nicole Wallace lied about his work 39 times publicly, according to the judge in the case.
