
(TargetDailyNews.com) – A cadre of five illegal immigrants has been arrested and charged in the abduction of a teenage girl from Indiana. The girl was abducted from Cass County and was spotted entering a black Dodge Durango by her father who immediately reported her missing.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office notified state troopers and was able to track the girl using her cell phone. They were able to locate her traveling west on U.S. 36 across Missouri.
A state trooper pulled the suspect vehicle over in Macon County and saw the young girl in the vehicle with the five suspects. The teenager identified herself and was immediately separated from the men. The trooper then secured the arrests of five men who turned out to be in the country illegally. They’ve been identified as follows: Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, from Mexico; Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24, from Mexico; Arturo Arteaga Eustaquio, 41, from Mexico; Marlon Pinda Aguilar, 44, from Honduras; and Carlos Onias Funez, 56, from Honduras.
Officials believe the men were transporting the girl to California with the potential of trafficking her. They’ve been charged with felonies for kidnapping as well as putting a child in danger.
Headlines across the country reveal that every state is a border state under President Joe Biden. Two illegals were recently charged in the strangulation and murder of a 12-year-old girl in Texas, the motive is unknown.
Houston police busted two Venezuelan nationals for the strangulation murder of 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. Franklin Jose Pena Ramos, 26; and Johan Jose Rangel Martinez, 21, will face first-degree murder charges for her brutal death.
Victor Martinez Hernandez is facing first-degree murder charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted and killed Rachel Morin, 37, in Maryland in August last year. Harford County Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler said that he believes the suspect also killed a girl in El Salvador last year and came to the U.S. to escape justice in his home country. Hernandez has been in the U.S. illegally since February 2023.
Just last week, Christian Inga-Landi, 25, was arrested for the sexual assault and kidnapping of a 13-year-old girl in a city park. He came into the country illegally in 2021. An immigration judge ordered him to be deported in 2022, but he never left.
